The most important ones being Roberta di Camerino and Courreges, a french designer who, almost simultaneous with Mary Quant, presented designs with very short skirts. His mini skirts were angular and futuristic. Roberta di Camerino, stage name for Giuliana Coen, is a designer who gained international notoriety thanks to her trompe-l’oeil style iconic collections, presented in the 60s at Palazzo Pitti.
