ARRIVAL & DEPARTURE SCHEDULING: WEEKLY & WEEKEND BOOKING : please ask in advance for arrival & departure hours. We are very flexible on timing, but need to know in advance. BOOKING DEPOSIT will be paid in advance to confirm your stay, and the amounts to 25% of the total charges of your stay. HEATING charges will also have to be included in your deposit—they vary depending on the season, consumption & duration of your stay. FULL PAYMENT will be paid at the latest 1 week before your arrival date. CANCELLATION CHARGES: SECURITY DEPOSIT amounts to 100 EUR and must be paid upon arrival. This charge will be returned if no internal or external damage will occur during your stay. This deposit will also include HEATING charges, which will vary depending on the season & number of days of your stay. CLEANING and basic house keeping is included in the price of your stay. HEATING will be charged upon consumption. TOWELS & BED SHEETS will be available upon arrival. Swimming & external towels will not be available. PETS are allowed. SWIMMING POOL is available only during some periods of the year – please contact me in advance to know if the swimming pool is running. BBQ “SATURDAY DINNER” OPTION, with LOCAL WINE & CHEESE TASTING is available ONCE during your stay, and costs 20 EUR per person. For more details on the menu, please contact me via e-mail. NEW YEAR & CHRISTMAS will have a 30% surcharge on normal pricing. SUMMER PRICES will vary starting from MAY 2010. |
