This ancient farmhouse is situated on a quiet location in the hills surrounding the city of Arezzo and offers a wide view of the Chiana valley. The wilderness lot surrounding the house is completely fenced-in and includes a round swimming pool. The lawn with its seating arrangements is accessible from the kitchen. The second floor (attic) includes two double bedrooms; one has a shower bathroom with difficult access for elderly people. The house is comfortably decorated with its terracotta floor and various antiques. Casentino with its characteristic and famous villages Chiusi della Verna, Camaldoli and Badia Preataglia is about an hour drive away. Parking for 2/3 cars. Breakfast and regular house keeping is included in these prices. |
